Caravinserail In Fine is the second label of Raphael Trouiller who also runs the prestigious Domaine de Cascavel.
This label offers entry-level wines that offer considerable elegance and complexity at a reasonable price. The In Fine range has been given high praise in the United States and this is the range of wines we are now bringing into Australia.
The grapes are sourced from the Ventoux region and a white wine and a red wine are available.
Caravinserail In Fine Cotes du Ventoux 2007 White
The In Fine white is a pale yellow wine with a soft mineral background and aromas reminiscent of flowers, pears and citrus. Sourced from grapes grown in the beautiful Cotes du Ventoux wine region that nestles below the gigantic Mont Ventoux it is a mixture of Clairette (80%) and Bourboulenc (20%), two white grape varieties that thrive in this region.

Caravinserail In Fine Cotes du Ventoux 2007 Red
The In Fine red is a dark red colour with purple hues. On the nose there are hints of berries, liquorice and spices making it a perfect wine to match with red meat and cheddar-style cheeses. The grapes sourced from the emerging Cotes du Ventoux wine region are Grenache (90%) and Shiraz (10%).
