Cuvee le Cascavel Cotes du Ventoux Red
The Cuvee le Cascavel is a solid, elegant wine that is made to enjoy at a barbeque or outdoor function. It is typical of the Cotes du Ventoux region showing signs of spice and cedar. It is for enjoyment rather than cellaring but will benefit from a year or two of aging.

Domaine de Cascavel Cuvee les Amidyves Cotes du Ventoux Red
The Domaine de Cascavel Cuvee les Amidyves is a wine we first discovered at the highly regarded restaurant Chez Serge in the Provencal city of Carpentras. They are well known for their clever wine list and les Amidyves always features prominently. Domaine de Cascavel also has an international reputation being one of the wines selected for export by the Paris institution Taillevent. The vines are tended organically to ensure the quality of the fruit. The wine is an elegant red wine made from Shiraz and Grenache which exhibits very fine tannins and a long, lingering finish.
